  Very fast shipping and the bike was as described. Only criticism is that packaging could have been a bit better as loose parts were not all secured and the quick release on the front wheel ripped a large hole in the box. Bike made it, but maybe double the cardboard on the sides and zip tie parts togetherin the future.

  will never use FEDEX again. this is an example- package was secure when it left and the shipper fedex came back with an unreasonable overcharge for shipping after it was delivered. I am glad the bike made it safe but will refuse to ever use fedex for any shipping ever again.
