Best sustained release multivitamin/minerals ever!
My husband and I have been taking this multivitamin for over 15 years and were very disappointed to discover that they are being discontinued. After taking them I noticed a big difference in my energy level throughout the day, even though my doctor said that generally you don't notice a difference after taking vitamins. Occasionally I would forget to take them and by evening I noticed that I was "tired", and that was very unusual for me.

It really works!
It is definitely helping me with my GERD and helping to replace a medication I've been taking for years for the problem.

Good quality and good value, but....
After research I knew this was good quality and value, but after I began taking it I had much pain in my stomach throughout the day, so I didn't dare continue. I've never had any stomach problems while taking my probiotic supplement for the past couple years and just believed this stronger one might be better for me. Every body is different, and perhaps yours will not react in the same way, which is why I do recommend this product.
