registering is easy, activation takes a while, which is what they say.
the easy part is logging in to garmin website . once there just have a look around and play with things, that is the best way to get to know how to do things.
went to my sisters place, which is about 3 1/2 hours away. sent a map share to a friend and told inreach explorer to start tracking. when i got there i stopped tracking and had a look at the map .
so far i am happy with the inreach explorer.
