The Twisted X product was not as we have seen and purchased before and are returning them because of sizing. Seller did not send right boot size, though sizing was specified in ordering [9.5 EE]. Seller sent a size [10 D], assuming it would be sufficient, or comparable, as they might not have had that size in stock. A simple email through Ebay, or phone call could have alleviated the entire transaction, that [btw] took FOREVER! Poor communication and misrepresentation.
