    The cord didn't even match.
    The power cord supplied to plug into the box was not even the right Style. Mind you, they supplied both pieces. The cord that went between the outlet and the power adapter was the wrong style for the adapter they sent. I happen to have the right Style on hand, and the box work fine. If someone didn't though, it wouldn't have worked.
