If it had a bleed valve in the lid it would be perfect
Versatile in the locations and directions of water flow through the filter. Only way to bleed the air from the filter is to loosen the filter lid and have an absorbent cloth wrapped around the filter , incase more than air is released before you can tighten the lid ! Many other filter manufacturers have solved this potentially messy problem by incorporating an air release valve in the top of their filters to facilitate this necessary action when filling the filter during installation or subsequent servicing.
Included in the box was a bottle of Salus corrosion inhibitor a plastic spanner for turning the isolation valves on/off and lid loosening/tightening , plus a five year warranty.

More functionality for the same price
I’m a heating engineer and Ive used Salus room thermostats ( wired & wireless) for years. This latest version adds more versatility for the user to manually switch off the heating,instead of selecting frost mode and the ability to add a holiday break into the programme.
Very good value for money.
