Communication was excellent and on top of that was a little something extra for my mom plus the sweetest personal note. That’s a rarity with sellers these days.     Beware this seller - dealing w/ seller for 2 months now and had nothing but issues. This item was shipped to the wrong person & I was assured they were sending it to me, while on my end, I got someone elses item(not even the person who got mine!) & after MUCH frustration I was able to get a label from seller to send theirs on. Meanwhile, seller would tell me conflicting information about this &another order, lied about things and now won't answer me at all after assuring me I would get this
