  be VERY careful with this customer. He's abrasive, inpatient, threatening, and not worth having as a customer. We mistakenly shipped the wrong pipe, and as a gesture of good faith, told him to keep the $50 pipe we shipped, and sent the correct pipe second day air - which cost $40. We offered a 25% discount on a future order, and he still complained about an imaginary problem with the correct pipe. Rather than address the problem, he left bad feedback. We should have checked his left feedback.
