Coelacanth - The Producers' Masterpiece.
Not a particularly common CD, The Producers last effort is a true masterpiece. The 80's spawned many bands in the New Wave genre, but The Producers' works deserve honorable mention from their first self-titled effort to this, their swan song. Worth a listen, whether you are a rock and roll lover or a New Wave or even punk listener. I saw them at the beginning and saw one of their last shows at the Cotton Club in Atlanta when they were promoting this album and I am delighted with it. Hopefully it will bring back some great memories, too! Enjoy!

Green Thoughts and Great Memories
One of the 80's best (in my opinion) pop bands, the Smithereens catalog of work is truly remarkable in itself. But Green Thoughts seems to be a bit of a departure from their normal straight ahead sound, due to its introspective songs. Surely, you won't be disappointed - it is well-produced as always and it sounds as great today as it did in the day, as do all of their catalog. Pat DiNizio and company are flawless, but you might be surprised with the memories it evokes. Worth the purchase - I guarantee it...
