    Hello Seller, apologies for late Feedback for my purchase from you in early September. I was away for 3 months. Despite minimal packing, the coin arrived in very good condition. Thank you for velvet pouch and information sheets about silver. However I was disappointed that, considering the coin's value and the money paid, the silver coin was not sent in a capsule, this was not mentioned in your description but stated in care of silver coins in info sheets not to touch without gloved fingers!!

    Deep apologies about the lack of capsules, all of our coins are sold without capsules and we have updated the description to reflect the correct packaging condition.

    Item as described. Can't fault handling time, as sent overnight express. Unfortunately, I must fault their process, which ruined my experience. Item costly, is a sensitive electronic device yet sent with little protection, nor signature delivery. Was left at my door, in full sun & on a 30c day...and for several hours! Responses received re complaints about the above, but really got the impression the seller did not care, as they got their money. Then dropped price by $100 2 days after!
