I like it, it works for me.
It says to take 2 in the morning and two at night before you go to bed, I didn’t notice anything immediately the next day, but the following day, after that, I started to notice a massive difference, without going into detail, I have cut down to one in the morning and one at night.
So if you’re having constipation issues, I highly recommend this product adjust accordingly I suppose.
