A little slippery
1 of 1 found this helpful These steps are great as they allow my daschund to get up on the bed easier. Saying that, they are a little slippery for dogs who know how to use them and run up. My dog has used a similar product for many years and it was fully carpeted so no slipping. I now have a higher bed and she tends to slip getting up on occasion. Other than that, they are very sturdy.

Wouldn’t hold a charge
This product would not stay on more than5 minutes before it would say it needed a charge. Usually when it got stuck in a corner. I could not get it to start working again no matter what I did. I only have tile for it to clean and it never picked up many particles of dirt. My purchase was the 770 model. I’m disappointed because it would have been perfect for me to use on my floors.
