Sound with through hole.

Well I had thought this felt a bit small, as I did not measure it before use. The description stated "please allow small size difference due to hand measurement error". I thought ok that's not a problem. However, after measuring, there was a HUGE difference in size. Description stated 11.6mm this measured at 9.90mm. The length was close (not something I'm concerned with) at 109.04mm While the finish quality is good, and the shipping fast, the major difference in the size (diameter) is dissapointing.

Works advertised. The voltage is very steady and is variable from 10.44v-13.99v on the unit I received. Perfect for running a couple fans for a fireplace heater.
