One of my favorite lenses.
I bought this just starting out, and over a short couple of weeks the advantage and quality of this lens has again and again made me so happy I chose it. I use this lens probably more than any other in my kit, not only for its excellent light transmission (2.8 isn’t the fastest but it’s no slouch) but superb focusing at short distances. It’s fast and sharp. At current it’s my only macro lens so maybe that’s a lot of it... but there’s something about it’s tiny size, super light weight, and beautiful images that just kills me. I also use it for general isolated subjects photography (basically portraiture) and it’s AO versatile. Can’t be replaced in my book.

Highly recommend!
Great quality for an awesome price!!! I use this to light my work bench, and it's so beneficial to have an adjustable brightness for daylight versus evening working. The adjustable warmth and coolness function is FANTASTIC for taking photos and documenting my work for social media. I can't believe I used to function with an old halogen light for all these years prior to getting this. Couldn't be happier with this item! Thank you so much!
