If you feel an item is misrepresented in any way, send it back for your refund. There are simply too many eBay scammers who try to dictate what they feel is s “fair” adjustment. Don’t go there—your remedy is only to return the item for a refund.

Do not do business with this seller. The worst customer service experience I have EVER encountered. I bought two very expensive items and neither had their condition accurately described. The major issues I had were completely the seller’s fault but they would not budge to work on an acceptable solution. Thankfully will never have to do business with them again.

Offered this buyer a full refund—typical dishonest person trying to get money off shipping damage when his remedy is UPS. Ebay decided this in my favor not his for obvious reasons to anyone but him. It would be wise to avoid dealing with this person

Seller is still clueless. 1) NOTHING decided in their favor. All eBay can force seller to do is return. 2) WAS NOT the fault of shipper. I paid extra to ship safely and seller assured they would. The issues that ensued were a DIRECT RESULT OF SELLER’S ACTIONS. 3) Seller not accurate in describing listings. When challenged, openly admitted they’d sell a damaged item elsewhere over issuing a partial refund to remedy THEIR MISTAKES. For the last time, the dishonesty is not on me. Signing off...
