Saved my fridge!! Well worth it vs new fridge. Install simple for anyone that would have the motivation to even look AND find it. Just make sure you have the right model and have ruled out other possible caused. This sounds like a plug but I had already replaced evap fan and thermo and tested heater. And paid a “pro” who could not fix and said I needed a new fridge. I am just a guy who gives it a shot at fixing broken stuff cause I don’t have the bucks for a new one or pay guys 3 times what it costs to fix it for me. Key symptom I had was evap fan struggling to start and warm fridge. Have a kenmore This worked for me
