    Hello mg0006,Again, I am deeply sorry that your item was damaged in shipping. Like I stated in the screenshots in your feedback, I do the best I can with the bubble mailers and the "Do Not Bend" stickers. Most of the time that works but I know it's not 100%, no shipping method truly is. If you'd like, I can provide you with a shipping label and a full refund for the disc. You've made it very clear that there is no way to make this right in your screenshots but I wanted to try again. - Justin
