Best for covering gray hair especially if used with no lift developer.

Soft, roomy, stunning and my new favorite.
This sweater will NOT dissapoint you. It is very roomy, so you could easily size down. I am 5'7 and 180 and a medium fit me with tons of room. It is SOFT, SOFT, SOFT! You will feel like you are wrapped in chenille, even though that isn't the matierial. It is NOT itchy. I give this a 5-star rating!

Excellent for Weight Loss or IBS Symptoms!
This stuff does not taste bad if you mix it with Almond or Coconut milk and either add cinnamon and some Vanilla flavoring and a little stevia. It has a wonderfully rich taste that I have begun to crave, actually. This is a German product and perhaps the flavor is a bit of an acquired taste. You can do many things to improve it and because it is so neutral of a flavor, it actually lends to exactly that. You can add peach and almonds to make a "cobbler" type taste, add a Thrive Boost packet for blueberry muffin taste, add the classic cinnamon and vanilla for a wonderful comforting taste that is not at all hard to swallow and is quite palatable. I easily lose the weight by two of these per day and a sensible lunch of dinner for my 3rd meal. The advice of cutting back the powder and using these every two hours in the first 3-14 days of fasting is perfect sense and works incredibly well.
Another thing: If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome or a lupus flair, this stuff will settle your gut in a very rapid amount of time. Anytime I have an issue with my intestines and have horrid cramps or issues, I use this and have instant results. No symptoms. I literally went from passing gas 30+ times a day (gross, I know!) to once or twice. It is miraculous how quickly this stuff settles a stomach flair. I am hooked.
Do not mix this with a spoon or it is chalky. Use a blender and really blend it well. Works so much better with Almond or Coconut milk. This is my go-to and has saved my bacon!
