    The overall experience of buying the item and shipping wasn’t fast, but it was fine. It appeared to be properly packaged. My disappointment is with the item itself. It was not as described . It was listed as new/other and when I received it, it was in a refurbished box. This would’ve been fine, but the item was damaged. There is a crack in the case. This item was purchased for a gift so this is a real bummer.
