Good Quality Electric Knife
I've owned a couple of electric knives in the past because I was an avid fisherman. I wasn't very impressed with their performance so I went back to using a filet knife. I bought the Cuisinart with Thanksgiving in mind. Upon it's arrival I tested it out. I could tell immediately that it was a higher quality knife than those I had owned previously. I'm looking forward to using it for my turkey and ham on Thanksgiving.
