Better than expected
I purchased this a couple of weeks ago. It arrived quickly and works better than expected in combination with a doorway pull up bar. Very pleased.

Don't hesitate - works really well
I bought this for my 82-year old Dad who has started to struggle to get on and off the toilet. I did quite a lot of research on the options including raised toilet seats and the different types of frame available. I decided upon a frame because the raised toilet seats seemed a little prone to instability. I decided upon this type of frame because is didn't require removing the toilet seat allowing him to carry on using the existing seat and seat lid. I also liked the idea that I could make it wider and narrower so he could decide what helped him the most (we did adjust it to suit his needs). Finally, I wanted the arms on which he would lean to be fixed directly to the frame so that there would be absolutely no movement when he put his considerable weight on them (some of the frames have arms like on a coach seat and can flex and wobble when you put weight on them) - this is frame very sturdy and very stable.
All in all a really good product at a very good price. Arrived reasonably quickly.
Any issues?
a) The clip that allows the frame to extend needs to be pulled out completely rather than rotated (not very clear at first and thought I might break it).
b) Disposing of the rather large cardboard box it arrived in (he says laughingly).

Nearly perfect
This is a well made piece of equipment. My only gripe is that the wing nut that locks in place the crossbar to hold your feet in place works loose just a little too easily. No big deal really, just a little annoying having to re tighten it every time you use the product.
