  Seller listed for auction. Didn't use keywords "jet, pump, well etc." in listing. Set shipping price at $8.70. Then used his Position with the military/Dept. of defense to try to get more money from me. After blaming Ebay and USPS, accusing them of racketeering, said he was going to drive to my home. Only after I flagged his messages, he decided to ship the item. First time I have ever felt unsafe or in danger , buying items from ebay. Horrible experience. Good thing for eBay buyer protection.
