  Buyer was unhappy with item and asked to do a return or get a near 40% refund of the purchase price. We would have accepted a return but buyer changed mind and left a negative review. Since buyer threatened to contact ebay from their very first message , declined to return (which was initially their suggestion), and became quite angry, we feel they purchased the item with the intent of asking for a partial refund. Item is a 70 year old vintage tin toy with many defects pictured in listing.
