Outlander Season 1
This box set is really amazing. It is a very good well written story about a woman who time travels through standing stones from 1945 to 1743. The story switches from present day to the Jacobite times in Scotland. It encouraged me to read the actual events around the Jacobite rebellion and the battles culminating in Culloden. It is one of the most interesting and thought provoking stories I have heard for a while. The Scottish scenery in the series is excellent. My only real complaint is that the last episode was far too long by about 55 minutes.
