A quality step up from the corded probes I've used in the past.
It gives me the temperature information I want when cooking. The app is not as useful as I'd like, as it is awkward to use for a quick readout if I know the temp I want.. I don't need to select a meat and level of doneness if I just want to cook a bratwurst on the grill.
And speaking of grilling, the ambient temperature is a problem if you close the grill cover - it quickly rises to a warning level for excessive heat.
I was favorably impressed by the design of the probe charging unit. The wooden case looks very nice and makes it extremely easy to turn on, turn off, and recharge the probe. The magnetic base allows me to mount it anywhere I have a metal surface. For example, I store it on the inside door surface of my grill so I don't have to dig in a drawer to find the probe when I want to use it.

Almost Perfect
Sturdily made and alternative feet provided was a nice touch. Taller feet let you raise it a little more to clear sink curves and translucent white feet let you change the color. Unfortunately, Serene Valley doesn't make a grid with the cutout hole in the upper right corner - that would have been perfect for my farmhouse kitchen sink.

Not sure of its utility
As good as any in measuring pulse and oxygenation, although the pulse reading bounces around a lot. It doesn't work well for continuous measurements so you have to take it off and put it back on for a good reading. I bought it to check my pulse while exercising but it's not really suited for that as a substitute for wearing a watch or ring sensor.
