IIt's still surprising...

The first time I used it, I was hoping it would eventually work. Several hours later, I thought I'd use it again, and I hoped that I could detect a change the following day... Before I started applying some more, I was amazed at the change! I've been using it for a few years now, but I'm still surpised how quickly it starts working... It's very easy to apply, and a little spreads a long way and it is absorbed quickly, leaving the skin feeling much better right away...

I didn't believe the description

I doubted that such a simple thing could work, but I've had problems with my neck for many years and although massagers do work, they only work for a short while... I particularly didn't believe the people saying it could be too hot. I can only apologise to those who said that - I was VERY wrong...! It's very simple to use, and warms the neck very well - it can be too hot at first, but I quickly got used to it. The treatment is quick to start, just put it round the neck, fastening it with the Velcro patches on the comfortable straps, and once in place, doesn't need anything else - and doesn't interfere with whatever you're doing. About the only problem I’ve found is that the Velcro patches would be better swapped over - the hook part goes on top of the loop part, but if it's not put on straight, the hooks can be felt on the skin = bit it’s easily fixed, of course, it just needs to be put on straight...! In summary - a simple, effective, easy treatment - a good buy.

Some good points.

The good things first. The no mess seed is much better than any seed mixes I've used before and the birds love it. The perches are plastic, which the birds prefer - they don't like metal perches until I wrap duct tape round them The port/perch units are easy to remove for cleaning and very easy to replace. The thing I don't like about the design is the plastic bottom which has 4 plastic clips which click into holes in the Perspex tube. They grip very well, but are fiddly to release when removing it, but the second time I replaced it, one of the clips broke off, so it's held on with three clips now. Fortunately, the feeder is mounted on top of the feeder pole, so there's no force on the clips to pull it off in use...
