Good BMS for getting the most out of cells, not so good for cell life
2 of 2 found this helpful The BMS is nicely engineered and easy to integrate due to it's correct color coding and single in/out terminals. The overcharge balance voltage at 4.3 volts as tested is 0.1v too high for normal use and 0.2v too high for long life. The low cut at 2.5v is below the 2.9-3.0v recommend point for cell health. I found that it did cut out at 2.5 so it does function as claimed. So, it's a funtional BMS to get the most out of cells, at the expense of their health.

Only one that works with Canon TV zooms
1 of 1 found this helpful I got this to adapt the Canon V6x17 TV zoom lens which is a C mount to Micro four thirds for the BMMCC (Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera). While this unit enables adaptation to Parfocal focus function, it's not without it's quirks. First, the mount is somewhat loose against the camera body. It's not snug like the Fotasy adapter so rack focusing video isn't without lens movement. Second, it requires two 0.1mm copper shims to bring the lens out to where it focuses correctly. That wasn't such a big deal because I found a vendor in Singapore who sells the right shims, it just took 6 weeks for them to arrive in the US. Thirdly, once shimmed for parfocal focus, the focus line is under the lens barrel and that makes it hard to see. So, precision is not good on this adapter, but it possible to make it work. Given that there are no other thin adapters that set the flange far back enough or provide enough clearance for Canon zoom lenses, this is the one adapter that works.

Super for mounting spare tank on motorcycle
Super nicely engineered and finished solution to carrying a spare gallon of gas on motorcycle. Would highly recommend.
