  Item ordered and paid for on March 7th. Marked as shipped a day or 2 later. Item had not arrived by March 18th. I sent email asking for tracking number and than was informed it had not yet been shipped but they probably could ship on March 21. Item was scheduled to be installed on March 21. There was no communication until I contacted them. This type of service is totally unacceptable.
