Perfect for painfully single people
It is perfect for one person cooking, which is what I am doing. I like the fact that the trays are metal, as opposed to plastic, and that the temperature is adjustable. I just wish the temp would go up to 165 instead of 158. Despite that, I still plan on making some beef jerky in the near future. Makes great granola.
