Hello! Thank your for support. I've been an e-bay buyer and seller for over 20 years. I tell my kids that it's better to turn trash to cash rather than cash to trash.     Hi There, Yes. But remember that was from customs that held it. I shared the screen shot from Ebay apologizing that item cannot be ship internationally. We were both made whole by Ebay. They refunded you and I was also paid. It's out of my control.

Good Product! Performed well on our Trip w/ few glitch'
I like this product. I bought this in anticipation for our Las Vegas Trip. It's San francisco to Vegas so about 10-12 hour drive w/ stop over. It performed well with a few exceptions. Here is the pros and cons from my experience. Pros: -Downloaded fast -Month to Month via Virgin Mobile $40 unlimited download/web access for 1 month -Performed very well inside buildings. Save me $$ for internet connection for my laptop and other wifi devices we have. We connected a laptop, iPad, and iTouch. -Speed was just like at home. Cons: - I got this device with the idea that I could stream netflix videos while driving for entertainment purposes for my 6 year old girl. It worked in some areas but most of the time especially during the drive, I don't have connection. Overall, its a good device without the monthly contract. But if you are planning on taking this device on a long drive and plan to stream movies on it. My suggestion is to bring DVD's instead if you don't want to hear your kids complaining about sluggish or stopping videos all the time. You will get reception once you are near cities. I give this device a B++
