Wow!
0 of 1 found this helpful Name brand harmonicas have become very expensive and most inexpensive harmonicas are little more than toys. This one is the best of both worlds. I paid $10.99 including shipping. When I tried it for the first time I was pleased to find it sounds and plays much like one that would cost $50! I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to other players.

A scholarly work, not for the average reader. The popular-sounding title is misleading.
1 of 1 found this helpful Sadly, I bought this book thinking I'd love it, but after reading through the first quarter of it, I gave up. I was hoping to read how the author's ideas and conclusions changed over time resulting in a 180 degree turnaround in his thinking. The book uses scholarly language and makes constant references to other books he has written, universities where he has lectured, and professors, seminars, think tanks, etc. that I have no knowledge of. It does not seem to have been written with an average reader in mind, but rather for someone who has already read all the literature on the subject published over the last sixty years. I would not recommend this to a friend unless the friend is a philosophy professor.

Remarkably good mic at an unbelievably low price.
I wouldn't have considered buying such a low-priced microphone until I read other people's very enthusiastic reviews. I am very happy with this mic. I have others which cost over a hundred dollars. This one rivals their sound quality although it is slightly less sensitive. If you are on a budget, this is the perfect mic for you.
