  Not New. Missing clear protector sticker at the bottom. It had been swatched. It is dry as a result. Makeup expiration starts once opened. It also looks as if it has bacteria growth at the bottom of the lipstick. This is unsanitary. Cannot use and risk my health. Tried to return. Seller refused saying is was at the bottom of description area that it had been swatched before. While claiming New With Box at the presentation. It should have said *Used With Box' instead. A form to trick the buyers.

  As noted above, Buyer confirms condition was described in the listing but Buyer failed to read it. Also noted in the listing, we do not accept returns on cosmetic items for sanitary reasons. Buyer has been reported to Ebay for false 'not as described' claim and case is under review.
