A great deal
Purchased from ebay'er senditbikes with a coupon from ebay made this a no-brainer. Regardless of that - if you need the shortest stem for a 31.8mm bar this is a great deal.

No longer in production due to disc brakes but . . .
This top of the line from Shimano was a recently improved but shortly produced cantilever brake. Out of production in early 2017 - so it goes as disc brakes take over as the dominant system. These came into production as Super SLR pull ratios were introduced (2010) but will work with the earlier brake lever (shorter) pull ratios. As if lever pull ratios weren't a thing to add confusion so was the plain fact that many people (including shop mechanics) do a poor job setting cantilever brakes up. Shimano did a good job addressing that problem if you follow the instructions. Three lengths of spacer washers / bolts (see illustration) and a fixed yoke (cable carrier) provide good adjustment options so that the arms can be set for an ideal range of pull. You get braking performance on par with the best if you follow the instructions and that means a savings (in general they cost less) of money and mental stress for set-up. The features as Shimano list them:

These can usually be bought for half the price of the other premium brakes - so they represent a smart buy in that respect

Beautiful crankset - Easy to find 386Evo BB Versatile gearing and frame fit
Beautiful crankset - Easy to find 386Evo BB. The deign fits so many standards from Press-fit BB30 (PF30) to BB30 (with spacers) to BBRiqht (with spacers) to threaded English (can be sourced from ebay for less than $35).
If all of that compatibility is confusing and you don't intend to install this yourself - you will of course need a local bike shop. That is where their knowledge of the needed tool (unique fit and also can be sourced from ebay) or the needed spacers (also can be sourced from ebay) DIY'ers can do it all with ebay's as suppler.
I wanted this for the price (usually $100 to S120) but around half of retail on ebay). I also wanted it because you can buy it for adventure gearing (48t -32t) Yes: there are other brands and slightly lower gearing out there - just not at this price. Gearing can be compact 54t - 34t or mid-compact 52t - 36t or cyclocross 46t - 36t. Hard to beat that versatility.
Last tip - AVOID the Omega series from FSA - 19mm spindle on some models and poor quality of BBs. 30mm spindles of this dimension are also supported by Rotor (brand of cranksets and BBs).
