Price, function, quality in a low price
Works better than dealer provided chargers. Solid quality materials and thick cord. It doesn't get more than warm while charging.

Second hand is second hand.
Product was poorly handled / shipped. Not sure if it was from original shipping from the manufacturer, or storage before sent to the wholesaler, or shipping from the wholesaler to me. But there was pits and chips in the plastic through the clear coating, and my installer noted that there was more than one broken mounting clip.
