Very sharp
This knife is great for cooks who want a consistent and precise edge with little sharpening. It features specialized bolster allowing for total control when holding the middle of knife with thumb and forefinger. Bought this for professional kitchen was not disappointed.

Watermelon knife
Excellent rubberized handle. Great for large fruits. Could be a little wider top to bottom.
