GREAT iron absorption to help with iron deficient anemia
2 of 2 found this helpful it may taste HORRIBLE, but find something you can mix it in, like drinkable low sugar yogurt, and it is the bomb at helping with iron deficiency. In 3 months of this, my iron is at least in the low normal range where it was WAY off the charts low.
