  I paid for purchase 24 Nov. Contacted seller on 5th Dec to ask when it will be sent. No response. Contacted on 11 December querying why it had not been posted and asked for tracking (3 weeks since purchase) No response. Third time I contacted seller on 11 January ( 6 weeks after purchase) . Seller said not sent due to rule changes with USP and asked me to cancel the transaction. Seller is the only one who can cancel. Frustrating experience and very poor seller communication.
