Shipping was on time. Once I opened the box the AC 300 look really nice and I couldn't wait to use it once fully charged. Next day it wouldn't turn on. I found out from customer service I purchased an inverter. Customer service answered really quick and was very helpful. I didn't pay attention that this was an inverter and I needed the B300 battery. So I'm returning it and purchasing the BLUETTI 2100. This will be my second BLUETTI, really nice units for backup and recreation use.
