Good value but needs tweaking.
Make sure you have all the oil off the center of the spindle. The wire likes to slip there's nothing in the Middle with enough friction. So it needs to be roughed up or grooves cut into it so I can grab the wire. Then keep downward pressure on the Wire so it grabs and it will cut fine. Just takes some good old-fashioned American tweaking. It really is a bargain for what you get.
