Good cheap alternative; not likely to last
There were quite a few of these to choose from, but I bought this one for a vehicle I was selling, so I bought for low price. It will get the job done, but doesn't look to be very high quality. The biggest thing I didn't like was that the studs are smaller than original, so you have to find different nuts, and that also makes it weaker than the original part, which was bad to begin with. Spend just a bit more and get one that has the 6mm studs, not 5mm.

The only kit you need for the 4L60-E!
Sonnax has long been making root-cause fixes for automatic transmissions, particularly for the valve body, which is where most failures start. They have many individual parts and fixes for most makes, many of which are great, but require expensive tooling, putting them out of reach for most shops of guys to buy. But when they have a kit like this that requires no special tools, is simple to install, and makes the unit work so well, you don't need anything else! Unless you're looking for shifts that bang, this kit makes for perfect shifts that are never harsh, and yet respond to the throttle. Units not only work well, but they last! There is also a special valve to correct the cause of the P1870 TCC code. As a transmission technician, if I could upsell it to everyone, I would install this kit on every single 4L60-E I do!

Will NOT fit!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is not the first time a Chinese part doesn't fit at all. They obviously don't have these vehicles to test fit parts when making them. They use one dimension to create them, but don't think about the other side. Though the screw holes seem to be in the right place, the back of this light is WAY too wide to fit in the factory opening. Even if you were to cut sheetmetal out of your rear door, I don't think it would fit right. If you compare the pix of the back of the light, you'll see why this won't fit any Expedition anywhere!
