Nice Easter colored crystal

Not quite what I expected, but pretty. Nice size & an interesting cut. Throws a fair amount of rainbows. Color coated on one side, so it's appealing to look at, (if you're into crystals that aren't clear glass), even in dim light. Kind of a little too Easterish for me, but my Mom really likes it & as it was a gift, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

Mom likes it alot! :)

My elderly mother takes lots of supplements but can't swallow well, so we open the capsules & mix them in applesauce. The stevia in this powder does a great job at masking the flavor of those supplements & she really enjoys having tham as her "dessert". She also has poor appetite so I was happy with the 21gm. of protein per serving (impressive for a purely plant based product). The powder we used before had much less protection, so we had to use more of it & it wasn't nearly as tasty, (we tried the chocolate flavor & that was good too)... We also appreciate that it's GMO, gluten & dairy free! 3 3 3 The only caution I would provide is to know you appreciate the taste of stevia, because it's pritty sweet, but if you're ok with stevia, not unpleasantly so. I think this powder would be great added to vegetable juices that you want to drink, but don't really enjoy the flavor of- or really anything that has flavor you'ed like to mask & would be complained by the sweet flavor... I could even see it working nicely while baking, mixed into all kinds of cakes & cookies, although you might loose a few of the benefits with higher temperatures, hard to tell, I haven't researched that idea at all. In juice, it is a little bit grainy, but I've had much, much worse & if you take the time to mix it well, it's not unpleasant. All in all, we feel it is a great product. We will continue to get it & from us, it comes highly recommended. :) :)
