First making me aware of similar items that were in stock, the seller was polite and informative but not at all pushy. Secondly the seller contacted me on dispatch to make me aware of some of peculiarities of Australia's postal system so I didn't stress out about not being able to see some information at first, this was appreciated.

    I finally go the book today, it was a bit late but the seller communication was good they eventracked the item for me when i told them i hadn't received it. The book was packaged well and is in good condition. The price was reasonable too compared to other sellers. Thank you. The appearance is exactly as advertised.
