No problems at all

I read the Product's reviews before buying and it seemed the best for the price bracket, but I had a few reservations as a result of some of the things said in some reviews. I needn't have been concerned. I haven't had any problems. In response to what some people said in their reviews, my experience is: It doesn't fall off. Your skin doesn't go manky underneath. You CAN change the Steps target (through 'Weight Target' on the app). There's only one app to download (you can probably link others, to make the Device do more, but that's the same with lots of trackers). It's easy to set up and work out how to use. It lasts me about a week between charges. It's spot-on for recording sleep. I love the GPS. I got through 2 Garmin Vivosmarts last year and much prefer this.

Goodbye tiredness

I used this when I was pregnant with my Son years ago and it got my iron levels up really well. I've been feeling tired recently and an Iron test showed I was low, so I've gone back to Spatone and I'm sure I'll feel better soon. I love the apple flavour with it's vitamin C 'twang'.
