Outdoor Cooking (The Good Cook Techniques & Recipes Series) by Editors of Time-
    Apr 30, 2018
    Interesting Techniques and recipes
This series started when I was in my early 20's . Brings back fond memories of my dad as a weekend cook. The techniques are really educational. The "Beef and Veal" edition with how to roast the perfect prime rib is a hit in my family.

Just as fun as the combination treasure box.
I loved this although I am still having problems getting the lid to close snugly. WAX, WAX, WAX all of the gears that are meant to rotaate. Make sure you wax both the sides and the teeth. But, don't wax the + parts as that will make the gear slip off easy. My struggle was keeping the gears on the side together long enough to get the inner and out shells on. Be very careful about the pieces that hold the outer shell of the lid to that section. I put them on wrong and the holes did not align correctly. I recommend you put the 3 pieces together and align with a toothpick to make sure you put them in in the correct direction. Or the peg holding that to the hinges won't go all the wasy through to the circular disk. I don't understand yet why it has a circular disk in the inside of the lid. Steam the out corner pieces to bend them easiest. I steamed mine several minutes and was able to bend them into a circle. Once you steam them, get them on quickly so that as they dry, they conform to the shape of the corner.
