Installation was a pain
It was not nearly as simple as instructions stated. Getting the wiring through the hole was a big pain. I was expecting a 15 min job and it turned into an hour. Part of that time was spent with me searching for the correct hardware. The screws provided are too small, don't even get close to working. For the price they should make certain it has all the needed hardware.
