Works for a 1983 Nissan 720 Pickup

This part was cheap enough to try and figure out if I could install it myself. There were no videos on youtube for a 720 pickup. The hardest part was drilling out 2 security bolts to release from the steering column. After a drill tap, drilled out no problem. Then removing the cover over the original lock cylinder. There's a pin hole that I had to drill out to release the cylinder lock. I was hoping to use an ice pick to press in to release but that didn't work. Anyway after replacing cylinder lock, everything works! No more jiggling the key to turn the lock cylinder. Just keep your old keys to open the doors and compartment lock. Excellent value if you can install yourself.
