Worth it.

Much better than factory cover. You'll most likely need a longer bolt for the brake line bracket on a stock set up. I used a 2" bolt. Cover is pretty thick. Which is good. Really nice cover. There was a couple of dings on the face of the mounting surface from shipping. Nothing that a file and some sand paper couldn't fix. Don't think I would have prepped the mounting surface. Had it not been for the dent or two here and there. It's still recommended to do so, in the instructions. Even though the machining of the surface was pristine. I'm happy with the product. Really like having the studs behind the carrier bearing brackets. No regrets.
