Boom
I bought two for my outdoor lanai. I installed the first one in about 90 minutes, and the second one in about half the time. Instructions were concise and organized. Good diagrams and no million dollar words that leave you scratching your head, There are two options to hang it, either hugging the ceiling or hanging down off a 6 to 8 inch post. I chose the latter and the fan still is close enough to the ceiling and yet gets a good draft to produce a solid flow of air. With the trendy shallow globe of the light kit, the unit looks elegant and contemporary at the same time. It is also very quiet when spinning and the colors of the metals and fan blades blend in well. Great value for the price!
