A long leap ahead of the Clip 2
1 of 1 found this helpful The Clip 3 improves everything that the Clip 2 left to be desired. Battery life is excellent for a device this size - at least twice that of its predecessor. The Bluetooth range is improved by several feet. The clip is part of the body vs attached via a silicone loop. Pairing is even quicker. It's lighter, which I thought would impact quality, but I have not found that to be the case. This is solid engineering from JBL.

Mediocre, definitely not ThinkPad quality.
These hinges could have been designed much more thoughtfully. Mine failed prematurely. That said, the set I got to replace them in this package with the lid were OEM and still tight, so perhaps some were better than others.
