Unlocked OEM MITSUBISHI LANCER keyless smart remote fob transmitter + NEW KEY

Ad claimed that Fob was Unlocked and Ready to be Programmed by Dealer. Part Number was EXACTLY the same as my functioning Factory Fob. Canadian Dealer kept getting "error code" when they tried to Program it, so it FAILED to work. In Canada, Fobs must be Programmed at Dealership. Factory Fobs cost over $450 CAD, so $150 plus $65 programming sounded much better, until it Failed to accept the Dealers attempts to program it....
